The service was really good from start to finish. my butler, abhinav, were very good too. I appreciated that. the surprise birthday setup was lovely, what a charming touch!
the 'do not disturb' button in my room was broken, a minor inconvenience. i hope they fix it for the next guest.

the staff displayed genuine warmth and professionalism throughout my stay. the butler service ensured every need was promptly met with great attention to detail. i found the concierge team helpful in arranging transport.

My recent visit included access to Wild Wadi Waterpark. This was a great perk, and I didn't have to pay extra. The butler service was very helpful. All my needs were promptly attended to.
The TV in my suite needs an upgrade. It should be a smart version, similar to other hotels.

Underwhelming Experience at Overrated Hotel

I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The minibar prices were outrageous and I didn't appreciate the constant pressure to upsell. The room service was slow and the food arrived cold. The so-called butler service was inattentive. I had to call multiple times for basic requests.

rolls roycerude staffdemanding process
i suppose the rolls royce pick-up was fine. it got us to the hotel.
the welcome staff seemed annoyed. i took a photo of my kid in the lobby, and i was scolded for using a "professional" camera, which i wasn't.

rushed check-inpoor service
The check-in felt rushed, and I overheard a staff member scolding another guest for taking photos in the lobby with a camera. The welcome drink service was also poor. Only two drinks came for a party of three. The butler service consisted of a messaging system, this often resulted in hours for simple requests.
